From Sortd, you may receive:

  6-digit codes sent when you tap Send PIN on the driver app login screen. Expire in 10 minutes.

  Route changes, write-up notifications, safety event alerts, schedule updates from your dispatcher.

  Compliance flags, no-call-no-show warnings, scorecard recaps. Configurable in Settings.

  Only if you explicitly opted in via a form on automateboring.ai with the SMS consent checkbox. We do not enroll customers automatically.

Message frequency varies by your role and configuration. Drivers typically receive 1–5 messages per shift on shift days. DSP owners with default alerting enabled receive 0–10 messages per day. Login PINs are sent only when you request one. Marketing messages, if opted in, are 1–2 per month maximum.

Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan. Sortd does not bill you separately for SMS — we pay for it on our side via Twilio. If you're on a limited SMS plan, opting out is free.

Reply STOP to any text and you're removed from that number's list immediately. The opt-out is processed by Twilio, our carrier, and takes effect before any further messages can be sent. You can also email automateboringai@gmail.com and we'll remove you within one business day.

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We send messages through Twilio's 10DLC-registered infrastructure, which carries the standard reliability properties of US wireless SMS.

Your phone number and consent record are stored per the privacy policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotion. Period.
